Overheating while driving

KIDkiser that's exactly what I am thinking. and 9228.bobcat no harm in checking since I'm going to have to tear the engine apart if not anyway.
How bad is it going to be to change head gaskets w/ cab on? I know it's no cake walk, but I can do the work, just never had to do it on a 6.0 yet. Hopefully I can find someone with a lift to take the cab off, but if not it'll be a cab on effort.
