I'm no expert, but when I was looking to improve the performance of the 351W in my '78, it seemed that the 3-bar GT40 heads were a crowd favorite. These were made for a 302 (Mustang) so I had to have the head bolt holes enlarged for my 351W, but if you were putting them on a 302, you wouldn't need that done. The heads are relatively easy to find. Visit the SBF engine forum. Those guys were very helpful to me!
