Junction box part number

I hope somebody can help me here, im looking for the part number of the junction box that is on the passenger side fender well of my 65 f100 truck. It rusted up and fell apart on me yesterday and i cant find one anywhere!
Also can someone tell me what the junction box does exactly. Can it be bypassed?

Your talking about the single post junction terminal that all the - leads connect to?
Same thing happened to me the other day. I'm looking for one also or a work around to fix.

If that one is anything other than just a single point of connecting wires... then I'm gonna need one too..

Thanks rusbukt! My 65 shutdown yesterday in the middle of nowhere, i hooked the wires from the jbox to the starter solenoid to get me rolling and back home. But now my battery is acting up so i need to get something figured out.

Just found this. I'll scout around and see who carries them. Hopefully NAPA or Kragens. With any luck the mounting screws will line right up.

LOL, I've been researching wiring schematics and just printed out several today so I can re-wire my ignition...

Seen that it is called a Junction Block and googled it... I'm a computer geek by trade and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night!

This looks to be the OEM replacement but most of them seem to be out of stock or quite pricey..

Most good AutoElectric places should have something that is close to stock but the one Terry listed looks interesting.

D3TZ-14448-A (replaced C5TZ-14448-D) .. Junction Block / Obsolete

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 3 = 800-543-4959.

CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 71 = 800-476-9653.
