Maybe he's the same guy who touted building a 302W to make 450hp for something like $2,000?
or this.
Gees, I thought may be it was the guy in the classic car class that, I got him all ticked off and left. As to the way he laid out this engine parts in a pile.
At the very first post, I was thinking may be this was that guys son looking for info for if dad..

Hi West Texas,
Welcome to FTE!
This forum is pretty laid back. There's a lot of good guys that want to help you and have some fun too. It's not like your typical Dodge forum where if you make one critical comment you get flamed.
It's good to see a forum where people have a good sense of humor and have fun. Others I have been a part of take everything way too seriously.

I think it's all about users' egos. Some try to out-do each other with every gadget, the newest fangled thing on the market, and pay other guys to work on their rigs. Newer rigs are lemmings.. there are zillions of them on the road and individuality is hard to come by.
My sense of Bumpsiders is that we're hands-on and participate in the forum to help rather than hinder. Our rigs are unique in that they're old technology. How many of you get a "thumbs ups" when driving a newer lemming? What about driving a Bump? Yep... same here.
Say, where does one refill the windshield coolant?
.....I wanna see a post in here suggesting to a newbie to plug their diagnostic scanner into the OBD port cleverly hidden behind the instrument cluster.
Speaking of windshield coolant, by golly am I glad I got one of them '72's, right before they started putting 5 cylinder muffler suspensions on the rear CV axles...tsk tsk
This is how to change out the muffler bearing when not lubed every 30,000 miles
orich
I never have to worry about those again. I bought some new nitrogen filled turbo style that are sealed and never need service, ever since I installed my driveshaft temp sensor has been reading high. Do you think there might be a connection?
The fill nozzle broke and I need to change my blinker fluid. Anyone know of any tricks to get around this?
Did you change its filter? Btw, the fill nozzle is a replacement part (PN C9TX-1140-Q). Push down and turn counterclockwise. Believe it or not, the neck of a shampoo bottle is the same size. Just epoxy it on.... don't lose the cap though. That'd be an epic fail.
Also, there is a three-way check valve (C9TX-9090-M) located behind the left tail light which directs fluid when signaling left or right. When it goes bad only the brake lights work.
