Has anyone out there installed a drivers side foot rest/support? My wife's Mercedes has a dummy like pedal mounted to the floorboard and side panel to rest your left foot on when driving. Its really nice on the longer trips. Does anybody know of a company that makes one for this truck? Thanks, Rick.

I've never seen one.. on longer trips i rest my left foot on the door panel bottom cubby. you could try resting it on the parking brake, just don't push too hard but seriously my wife would like something like what you described ill look around
Guess it's personal choice since I like as much floor space as I can get...
as it is I have the seat as far back and as far UP as it can go and still not far enough back.
then sometimes this silly seat will actually move forward when I put the key in...
not always, just sometimes... so I have to move it back...
(and yes, have programmed all the remotes since my wife never drives it)

I would out it all the way up and back, then disconnect the battery for 5-10 mins and reconnect. That should purge all the previous settings (including radio)..

Turn off the auto seat setting.
Easy-access/easy-out feature (if equipped)
The easy entry feature can be turned off or on through the vehicle
message center. Refer to Message center in the Instrument Cluster
chapter
The easy entry feature automatically moves the driver’s seat 2 inches
(5 cm) forward when:
•the transmission is in P (Park)
•the key is inserted into the ignition cylinder
(If the seat is located less than 2 inches [5 cm] from the front of the seat
track, the seat will travel up to 1⁄4 inch (6 mm) to the front of the seat
track)
