3.5 EB Shutter/Towing

Hi All, I'll jump into it, 3weeks ago I think I almost had a EB problem as described in wet/humid conditions. I have a 2013 3.5 EB, so it has the "fix" on the intercooler. I was driving at interstate speed, approx. 78 mph, with the cruise on, in extremely heavy rain. With the conditions I had to reduce speed to 30-40 mph for about 30 min's. When the rain let up I started to speed up to 75 mph, I was in a light acceleration and felt a shudder in the drive train. I immediately recalled the potential EB issues, and started to slowly accelerate and then slow down for about 10 min's on and off. I noticed decreasing amounts of shudder and finally got back up to 75 mph w/o any issues there after. Not sure if this could have been a full blown issue but I proceeded cautiously as noted above. Anyone else have a similar experience? Just wanted to note, that this is the most amazing gasser I have ever owned, and pulls our 11k camper with ease. thanks, jap

Hi there I currently have a 2013 FX4 that is doing the exact samething, I left it with the service dept all of last week and they could reproduce it or see anything wrong with it.
