2003 navigator message center
When I press the buttons on the message center nothing happens. I am trying to activate the power gate.

the power gate is accessed using the buttons above your head... not on the message center

Yes I know it opens from the roof button and key fob. But it has stopped working and I read that you have to enable it in the message center but mine is not working.
