Trans cooler question please

Had the radiator replaced on my 2008 F250 6.4L diesel. Within a couple of days I left on trip pulling my camper. It weighs @ 5000 lbs so I pulled it in Tow Haul position. Traveling in mountains, the tranny cooler hose popped off dumping all of the coolant. This happened within 75 miles of leaving the house. Luckily it happened in front of a Ford Dealer. They put hose back in place, intalled screw clamp and filled with fluid. Within an hour it happened again. This time after replaciing and filling with fluid I took it out of tow haul and finished my trip annd home again without incident.
1. Could replacing the radiator have affected the tranny cooler?
2. Would towing in tow haul position have affected or caused this to happen.
All help and comments appreciated.

They need to put a new hose on it. They had to remove it to replace the radiator.

Using tow/haul had nothing to do with it.

I'm thinking you may have an obstructed cooler. I'd get that checked out ASAP, because that can destroy your transmission. There's a reason it popped off, and I think that reason is excessive pressure.
