It means you own a 6.0.
Quick Checks
Check Fuel - make sure you have fuel
Check oil level - if oil level gets to low truck will stop
Check fuses - blown fuses can cripple these trucks.
Check battery voltages - 13.8 running, 12.0 - 12.8 key off
Check FICM voltage - 48 volts

I changed fuel filters and then cycled, then tried starting until no battery, then jump started, it ran for 30 min then shut off like somene turned off fuel. Now no start again? I did notice my water/fuel drain plug leaking. Could that be the problem, maybe air in line?

We need to know ICPV's and FICM voltage at KOEO and ICP pressure, IPR% and FICM voltage while cranking. Also make sure you are only using OEM fuel/oil and air filters with OEM oil filter cap. Do you have more than a 1/4 tank of fuel?

If the voltage gets too low, it will shut down.
Fix your fuel leak. Charge and load test each battery individually and check all connections. Then you can dive further into the troubleshooting (just my .02). We will DEFINITELY need to see the cranking readings mentioned above. Also you can try starting it w/ the ICP unplugged.

Just as long as you have more than 1/4 tank of fuel. You need to get the water drain plug a new oring so its not leaking as it can draw air in to the fuel there. And we need the other values mentioned to check the health of the HPO system.
