I have the same problem with my 94 e-150. The horn works, but stiil the blinking! Tried to do a search, but don't know what I'm doin! How is the "clockspring" replaced?
Look it up here, but put "e150" in the Model field; not "e-150". You don't have to worry about disconnecting the battery for a half hour - the airbag is always double-safe, even when you unplug it.
