Squeaky springs
My cab and body mounts are starting to squeak a beat with my 74 F-100. They all looked good when checked out, but they squeak and are getting a bit annoying. Has anyone tried to spray anything on them to quiet them down? They are the original mounts from what I can tell but as long as they are structurally ok, I would hate to replace them.

I got looking at it more today and it appears to be the rear springs that are squeaking. I thought it was the cab mounts when I got out of it but I pushed up and down on the rear bumper a bit today and its creaking more back there. I have no idea how old those bushings are, I have used the truck a bit over the last couple of weeks, hauling brush and some wood but nothing even anywhere near a hundred pounds or so. I am having a mechanic add some three point seatbelts in a week or so and when I have it in I will check on the bushings.
