Help Please 96 Sat 4 a while

High all, Tryin to get my 96 back on the road cause my o6 is either hydro locked or blown. Here's the specific's, 1996 f250 died about 5 yrs ago on the way to work. It had been dying every other couple days but would start up again right away (while coasting). On the way to work one night I got 1/2 mile from the house and it died and wouldn't start again. I talked to a couple of techs at Brighton Ford and replaced the camshaft position sensor. Still wouldn't start. Then I got my new Truck 06 6.0 and threw money, time, blood, sweat, and finally tears at it till it died and I'm done with it 4 now. my 96 sat for 5 yrs. What Ive done so far, Changed the IPR, drained fuel tanks, new fuel and all filters, changed the oil, tried a different IDM, still no start. I'm programming my new scanguage's X gauges right now with Injector Control Press./ Fuel Pulse Width/IPR Duty cycle/ Fuel pump duty cycle or Fuel Pressure which ever the truck supports. Questions- Are there other things I should be monitoring? I'm going out now to program the scanguageII and will check back and update the value's I get from it, Sorry for long post and newbie questions but I've got to get it running by Wednesday if at all possible Thanks in advance for any help, idea's or solutions.

Fuel psi can't be monitored by any scan tools. Unless you put a fuel pressure gauge in yourself, the only way to check it is with a stick style tire pressure gauge on the shrader valve on the side of the FPR.

Thanks I assume that can only be done to a running truck?

You can hold the gauge on it while someone cranks the engine. You should have at least 20 psi while cranking.

Are the batteries fully charged up? Any smoke out the exhaust while cranking?

+1 on this. That's what I was wondering. Also check to see if there's fuel in the fuel bowl.

Are you getting a wait to start light? If no, check fuse 22 in the under hood fuse panel.

Have you checked to see if you have oil in the hpop reservoir ?
Main thing to watch is ICP psi. And IPR duty cycle

Does it have a chip ? If so remove it

Yes I'm getting a wait to start light, HPOP is full, no chip, fuel bowl is full, batteries are fully charged, Scanguage II shows- 150 RPM, IPR Duty cycle 54.9, Fuel Pulse Width first said 2.88 then dropped and stayed at .42, ICP 203 psi. So apparently my ICP pressure is low at 203psi. It did fire one time 2 days ago, not even trying now. What exactly is it I need to replace?

I'd start with pulling the injectors and checking for busted orings. A new set in most likely needed any way

Are these injectors rebuildable? Where's a good place to find a HPOP? And how hard of a job is it?

I'm talking about the external orings on the injectors. Which you can do.

They can be rebuilt but it's not a DIY thing. You'd have to send them to someone like Jim at rosewood

Hpop if needed would be a T500 from terminator engineering.
