i just put 2.5 inch leveling kit on my 94 f250. got it and now the front tires are leaned way out to the top. everywhere i look i can only find drop brackets for a 4 inch and up lift. i put on the tuff country leveling kit part number 82201. its one big long spring with 4 little ones under it. right now its lifted it about 3 inches or so but i know the gotta break in a little and settle out. but i gotta figure out this problem does anyone know where to get some different drop brackets or just use the ones for a 4 inch lift? i've heard of some people doing something with a ball joint bushing or something but i dont know if that would fix the problem. can someone tell me what needs to be done here.
If you just dropped it to the ground it will stay bowed up until the tires roll and can spread back to where they need to be. (Not meaning to be insulting.)
I lifted mine 1.75" and had to adjust camber by 2.25 degrees to correct it (using the bushings with up to 3.5* adjustment). This was on a half ton with a D44, but the geometry should be similar. Maybe try some 2.75 or 3.00 degree camber bushings (they go in the upper ball joints). Ideally you'd use drop brackets, but this may work for you.
