2007 5.4 Problem

2007 5.4 Problem
Looking for some help with my problem.
I changed the plugs on my 2007 F-150 with the 5.4 3 valve. Went well only two broken plugs. The reason I changed the plugs was due to a misfire and also they have 97,000. miles on them. The plugs looked good without any abnormal signs. I replaced the plugs and now I have a rough running engine. It idles rough and runs rough at speed which it did not d prior to change. CEL came on and then went off and has not returned. Went to Autozone and had them put their reader on it no codes. I have searched around but have not found this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I changed my plugs in an old truck several years ago. Ran like a three legged dog with a thorn in one foot. I gaped all the plugs, that messed up something about the metal the electrode is made of and cracked a couple of plugs(porcelin). Anyway, something to look at. Good luck!
