should post this link in the funeral home condolence book, so that his family can come read.
That might be in the best interest of us, but I don't know if that's what the family wants now. He was a family man. I know they know about Paul's posting here. If they want to find us, they have one of our emails and we can direct them here then. Just my opinion...

True. Was just thinking that there are just a lot of nice things being said here that they might enjoy hearing about him.
Saw this post earlier and had to absorb the magnitude of it before I responded...
Our trucks, etc... are so trivial when you compare it to this...
Rest in Peace my virtual friend....
As far as posting this link on the condolences...
each family deals with it differently....
I know when we lost our son, the days after we were looking for ANYTHING that he may have touched... even to the point of sending HIM emails to ease our grief knowing full well he couldn't read them and the thoughts and love were too late !
Each of us should take this as a reminder to express your care to your loved ones... RIGHT NOW !

I agree Andre, we should give Pauls family some space right now,
My heart hurts reading this news today. While we never met in person, I felt like we were friends regardless. I will miss reading his posts every day. He was one I looked forward to seeing online each day. Rest in peace Paul.
Well I didn't expect to read this news about HD. He knew his stuff and his accepting personality will be missed here.
Close family and friends will be very important in the coming months to his wife.
Currently, there's a lot of things going on to keep her busy but eventually, everyone returns home and things get quiet, that's when it really is noticed.
HD discussed his storm shelter quite a bit here so I'm reminded of a newscast where he received a few minutes of fame last year after a round of good ol' AL storms.
His last statement echo's what's been discussed here.
Great memories all. Thanks for sharing Paul's world. I recall all these pictures and stories like he was family. I've been on the road all day traveling and Paul has been in my thoughts. I intended to share some of the same things all of you have done, but was confined to a steering wheel all day. God Bless you guys for taking the time to share.

I had never seen that video. That is classic Paul! He wouldn't turn anybody away even if it jeopardized his own safety. He was a kind and giving man. Thanks for the video kper!
