Head lite Switch part number
Hi All ,
yep, jumped in my truck and my knee hit the head lite switch sending the **** flying . Broke it off , its a on / off / auto /with pull out fog lite's on.
I can still place the **** in there to turn the switch to what I want , but if I try leaving it there it just fall out and I have to use needle nose plyers to pull out the center to turn the fog lites on. For now its just on auto. But it bothers me and I want to replace it. Plus I caught grief from dw. Its for my truck in sig. anyone know the MC part #.

Im glad I came across your post.
Ive had my truck for two yrs and thought the fogs came on automatically with headlights.
Didnt realize you had to pull the ****,duh!

I had actually intended simply to post that I bump my switch with my knee now and then as well, and couldn't figure out how I was doing it until this thread encouraged me to look at how I was getting into my truck. I never realized how close my right knee is to the **** when I'm climbing in. So far, all it has cost me was having to pull the fog **** back out a few times to get the extra light out front.

yep and it's costing me about $55 bucks to fig out how to get to it and replace it.

That sux. I wish you the best. I've seen threads on here previously that makes it look super easy to get the panels out, but I personally have no clue.

well switch came today , and it took all of 1 minute to replace it , including 20 sec. staring and playing with it .\
