Yes, I do see the progression starting... Another horse, horse property, stables, barn, $3000 saddle, on and on. I was warned that the horse was the cheapest part of the deal.
I guess no different than our man toys like diesel trucks, boats, motorcycles, hot rods, ect. Always 'need' something, lift, tires, tune/delete, bumpers, etc.

Not much, maybe an inch or two. It will just touch on big bumps. The angle of the rear tie downs needs to appose that of the front to hold the rear of the camper down, and be a soild mount. The thin bumper isn't going to cut it. I made my own 2-1/2" steel rear mounts that slide into the hitch tube. I had to angle then to get the geometry right.

At our worst point i had 1 horse and wife had 3....now it's 1 to 2.....
