New Carburetor

I was told that I should replace my carburetor, but I'm not sure what to get. I have a 1980 4.9. Can anyone tell me what I should get

These have been on Ebay for a while, they are new, $150.
I am not aware of anyone that is running this carb, so this is not an endorsement.
