I recently bought a 2004 ford f350 super duty 6.0 4 door long bed 4 wheel drive and I am in the process of rebuilding the front end. I have everything but the leaf spring bushings figured out I ordered the energy suspension kit and the bushings are way to large the stock steel outer part of the bushing for the rear eye of the front springs measures 1.375" and the smallest bushing in the kit is 1.500" the ones it lists for the front springs rear eye Measure 1.750". I even looked up moog stock replacement bushings and they say they measure 1.375" and energy suspension only list the one kit for 1999-2004. Has any one else had this problem? The kit number is 4.2148
Would you be interested in a replacement rubber encased bushing? It will be a one piece bushing that would need to be pressed in.
I don't have our part number for you right now because I don't have any of my books with me but I could definitely find a bushing with the measurements you are need of.
Thank you for the reply after further investigation my truck is lifted and I called every lift place I could think of there ruff country or revtek springs both use the same bushings with an od of. 1.380
