Well figured if I wasn't pulling my car trailer I would have this setup in the bed
Picked this little jewel up from a older couple. Since I didn't feel like sleeping on the ground anymore and I was due for a new tent, lol. I picked it up for $500! Yes everything works in it , the refrigerator was replaced about 6 or 7 years ago. I was mainly looking for something to get out of the weather. The only drawback is that the front window leaks, because it is missing how about an inch and a half of the seal, no water damage as it was parked under a cover for the last 2 years. Anyway figured I would just post up just because, just to show that the old girl is still working :-) fully loaded with water and gear camper ways in roughly about 1500 pounds..
Very cool. Looks like an 1988. I got a very similar 8ft sixpac a few months ago for a similar price. Your windows are alittle different so you must have a different layout. Goy any pics of the interior?

Yep its an 88, I'll snap some pictures this afternoon. Since you have about the same setup, where in the heck are the hook up for 12v? I have a round 4 pin on the driver front but I believe its for the running lights
My setup has a 7 pin trailer connector that supplies 12v power, running lights, and ground. It exits from the cubby under the refrigerator and runs to the back of the bed to the normal 7 pin trailer connector. I installed a 100 AH agm battery near the fresh water tank and i have solar panels to charge the battery during the day and the trailer-battery-charge system while the engine is running. You can modify the trailer-battery-charge system to supply constant power by removing the relay and installing a copper strip. Do you have a bathroom/shower in yours? Mine does which shrinks the dining seats down. Heres an exterior photo of mine. It weighs 1750 lbs according to the tag. Whats yours weight?

I'm still working lol I'll take some pictures. I looked again for a plug I didn't find one, so I think I'll run new 2ga wire from the batteries to the 12v panel with a on/off switch..
Here's the batteries I'm using
I get them from work for free
I ended up finding the 12 volt hook up.. And they also tied in the running lights to it as well, kind of dumb really. So I am going to run the wires back inside by the converter so I can keep two batteries inside opposed to in the bed, doing some work today. Going to reseal the front window
That wood I can see in the picture of the front overhead is not stock to that Camper...Someone has put what looks like thin tongue and grove wood up there to cover up the rotten wood panel that was up there.
Oh yes, I did notice that when I was looking at it. I did ask about that because It was new compared to the rest of the camper, the older gentleman told me it was hit on the front and was repaired. I can see that from the roof if I'm standing on top of that you can see where it was repaired or re reskinned up front. Before i resealed the front window I washed the camper to also to check for leaks, the only one that was present was the front window. I took out the front window cleaned it and re sealed it, after sealing it this morning I checked again for leaks this afternoon and I have zero leaks now.. Well if anything if I get a few years out of it I would be happy with that, i was looking around the internet seeing what the cost would be if I had to replace the stove and oven combination or a refrigerator. The refrigerator is worth more than the whole camper lol
I want to do the same thing, not sure how my wife will like it, but the price is right when you are on the road!! Nice deal, thanks for the interior pics
