just wanted to add an update to my previous post, i had all parts installed and tested individually to try to determine when and what maybe fixes it. My Problem has been solved and My Truck is running like a new 20 yr old truck I think the ECU and the FPR helped the most as well the exhaust manifold gasket did wonders as well. Hope this helps.
