Please see pics and help me go foreword with this. On each bolt there is bout 3/8" or more to work with. Both pics are the same bolts, just slightly different angles.
Do you have access to a welder? If so weld some nuts on them. And spray some blaster on them and work them back and forth. If not hear them up and try and work them back and forth. I don't know how flammable on blaster is so be careful. Patience is gonna be your best tool on this job.
Use a stick welder, not a wire (MIG) welder and run it on reverse polarity with the proper rod for doing so. I have welded nuts to dozens of twisted-off bolts and this way works best. By the way, you are lucky. They usually twist off flush with the head!
I've got a stick welder, but it can't access the truck. Also, it's an AC welder so I can't do reversed polarity. I read about melting wax on them when they are hot so I will try that. Been using heat and kroil for a few days, but it just didn't get all of it. I may try vice grips too.
