valve train issue

I lost no. 6 injector replaced it found both push tubes bent no noise deep in the engine just at valve cover what are the chances the lifters are damaged with tdc both tubes were moderitly tight truck lost injector about 15 miles from home no engine noise shut down borrowed puter plugged in start up and it tried fluid lock and then fired up was unable to read. not good with puters as I said. fired up put on trailer took to shop where I work. ran to get in shop.i drained oil no metal found .this machine is new to me and would like to know the chances of survival for my engine if reassembled with new tubes and rocker arm? injector took care of most of problem. would like to know how easy roller lifters can be damaged ? thanks for any input you may have.

Welcome to FTE, First off, What engine is in your truck and how many miles on it. It sounds like its a 7.3 since you mention push rods. Was starting fluid used at all?
