help build my 390
I am building a 390 for my 67 F-250. So far I have the block bored out .030 over. I have Ertel 857-P flat top pistons, stock rods C7AE-B, Edelbrock Streetmaster intake manifold, and Flow Tech headers. The heads I have are C4AF, C8AE-H, and D2TEAA. I will more than likely be going with C8AE-H stock heads. The carb I have is a 750 Holley. I don't think I need a carb this big so am considering either the 625 cfm Road Demon or the 670 cfm Holley Truck Avenger. Is the 625cfm Road Demon too small? I am having trouble selecting a cam because I am very sceptical about using the intake manifold that I have. The Crane 343901 and the Crane 343941 both look good. Anybody ever use Crower Power Compu-Pro-Hyd 16239? What is the head volume of my C8AE-H head so I can try to figure out my compression, horsepower, torque.

The C8 and the D2 head are the same C/R the only diff I think is the fact the D2 casting had a induction hardend ex valve seat.My coice of cam is Lunati 30507 but may be a little big for most guys 
But all in all i like the lift to duration ratio that Lunati makes.
