I have a few questions and a story to try and get your guys opinion on.
Alright went to start the truck this morning with the remote start and nothing. Went out and looked in the truck. Alarm arm light is off. Got the door open and popped the hood. Batteries were at 2 volts. Have no clue here. Drove the truck yesterday for a couple hours. Have had the auto starter for 4 months no with no problems. Checked all the fuses with only a 30 amp under the hood but I know that one would cause a no start. Weather went from 85 to 40's in the last day so I am not quite sure if that had anything to do. Shouldn't have. I am at a loss really.

Anyways after the early 99 to late 99 swap I pulled the fuel bowl to rebuild it. Tore it down and cleaned it all up. Went to rebuild the bowl and the o ring kit that I got from Clay the sizes seemed all wrong. Talking to a few other people they say my old o ring were swollen. So does anybody have a size / picture chart of what o rings goes to what port so I can take it off again and rebuild the bowl. I didn't realize there where the little pieces of rubber to go in the hard lines so I am gonna have to order those to.
I have a video of my truck the other day running. To me it sounds like my
passenger side is louder then the driver side. Knocking wise. Am I crazy? I am just trying to catch something wrong a head of time.

And finally I replaced my belt tensioner about 4-5 yrs ago. To me there looks like to much play and I am due for a new belt and possibly a tensioner again? Between the alternator and power steering pump there is 1/2" deflection. What do you guys think?
Clays kit should have all the right sizes in it. Mine is an e99 and it worked well. How many miles on that e99? Just mitt be time for injectors. I changed #8 and it was way quitter but new O-rings and gasket for each mitt help also.
260,000 miles on the early bird. I am sure the injectors are tired but not in the saving plan right now. I have thought about pulling the injectors and re oring them to see if I can get a little more out of them.
I saw this. I love that it says o ring 1 and 2 and so on. But it doesn't tell me anywhere which o rings I have. They all came in one big bag. I am not trying to be difficult. I just don't want it to leak again.
Yeah. That would suck. I thought when I did mine all the o-rings were separated into different little baggies and labeled. I'm pretty sure I didn't have to lay them all out and match sizes, but It's been over a year ago.
