The problem is you have a 302 in a full size truck. Get used to feeling underpowered or swap in a power plant with more cubic inches.

Is 4th overdrive? What axle ratio and tire are you running?

I had an E150 with the 4 speed OD, 3.50s and 31-10.50x15s. It was pretty doggy in 4th. (300 six BTW).

Some trucks of this era have the OD trans and a 2.47 axle ratio, which is totally ridiculous.

Ditto, it's more'n likely the combination if not enough torque in the motor and the OD combined with a ****-poor rear axle ratio and the tire size. A 302 was never a good truck engine for a full size truck. The bore/stroke ratio is just wrong for a truck (big bore-short stroke)

Haha that is so funny you say that cause that's what my co worker been saying but it should atleast do 65-75 can barely get there without a trailer it's just a work truck not a hot rod bought it like that but also recently just got an 85 f250 with 460 and he gave me the old one so best bet prob is to give up on that 302 and rebuild 460 so I can have solid towing and driving power

The 302 can make lots of top end power but an all stock '92 truck motor is smothered badly with a tiny camshaft. Change the cam and put a free flow exhaust on it and you won't have any problem with highway speed but it still won't be a spectacular towing machine because that requires more displacement.
