OK guys, I crawled under the truck this afternoon to have a look at the dreaded O2 and EGT sensors. As you can see my truck is a chassis cab, so the arrangement of the exhaust system components is a little different.
On my system the easiest to see sensors are the rear ones. There is a 13mm sensor and a 22mm component mounted almost side by side. The smaller sensor is the O2 sensor?? And the bigger one is the EGT sensor?? Is this correct or not??
I didn't go searching for the other sensors towards the front, I decided I'd better figure out what I was looking at first. I may purchase one of each sensor before leaving on the next trip, thought I'd better figure out what was what first.. Already bought a Innova scanner, and have a copy of all the CEL's.

What model of scanner did you purchase, and where can I find the code listings. I'm going to buy the EGT sensors. Thanks
I bought the Innova 3100. And, one of our members put a list of the codes on this site. I found them by putting in "O2 and EGT Sensors" on the search function. You'll find it under the "CEL, then stop safely, now" thread. I think Darren32 posted the codes. The codes are listed about half way down on page 2 of this thread. I hope this makes sense to you.
