What years

Does anyone know if the bolt pattern changed between 02 and 2010 F-250's?
Or the offset?
Will 02 aftermarket rims work on a 2010?

Same bolt pattern 8 on 170mm wether the wheels will work it depends on what size they are they need to be at least 17's to clear the brake calipers on 05's and up and even some 17's have clearance issues. The offset has changed in regards to the factory wheels. So you aftermarket wheels may sick out futher of be sucked in more. Lots of wheel options out there SD's going to need a little more than aftermarket for a description.

I agree with Mike189677, OEM wheels on the '02 were all 16" and I think in '05 everything went to at leat 17" with the suspension redesign and the Dana Super 60 up front with coilovers and bigger brakes.

I'm not sure what the newer trucks have for lug nuts, but the '04 and older are all hub-centric (flat lug nuts with washers).

One thing to keep in mind is that most aftermarket wheels are lug-centric (the lugs have a cone-shaped end that goes into a beveled lug hole on the wheel to "center" the wheel when you tighten the lugs). My aftermarket wheels are lug-centric but my spare is still an OEM wheel so I have a ziplock bag with set of OEM lug nuts with my jack in case I have to put my spare on since they are not interchangeable.

the new ones still have the hub-centric wheels. I believe when Ford changed to the coil spring front axle the wheel offset changed.

The wheel offset was changed in 05, as part of the coil spring front suspension, and 05+ trucks can use 17 inch wheels minimum, due to the larger brakes.
