2003 f150 issues

I'm looking at possible buying a 2003 with the 5.4L engine. The truck has under 100k. Are there any common or chronic issues with this year truck or engine. I've search some reviews and it's looks like there are issues, at least more than previous years of this body style. Thought I would ask the owners of these trucks to see what you have experienced and get your thoughts.

I have an 03 F150 4x4 Supercrew with the 5.4L, the issues I had were two O2 sensors needing to be replaced, spark plug blowing out, and now have a little rust under the passenger side rear door. The truck has 75k miles and I have owned her since new.

The main caution is to change plugs only when the engine is dead cold and follow the correct procedure. That procedure is well chronicled on this forum.
