Poly V (Vee) swap

Poly V (Vee) swap
Hey all, I have searched and searched but can't find anything discussing the issues with swapping over from the v-belt system on the 460.
VanDOOM is an 82 model. I needed to swap the alternator (Leece Neville) over to the 3g. I had a bracket for standard V belt, but it is the wrong bracket so no go.
Fast forward to today. I pulled the entire Poly Vee setup from a 1993 F250 with the 460.
I have read that it is a bolt on affair, but it doesn't look that way to me. I did a quick test fit of the alternator side and there is interference with the timing mark pointer and it will require shimming one mounting point at least.
Overall it is not impossible. I might need to grind away part of the bracket to fit all 4 mounting points.
I haven't pulled any other part of the old system to test fit, so I am not sure on the power steering/AC side.
Has anyone actually done the swap? Did it just bolt on no interference etc?
What about the power steering pump? Can I use my current pump and swap the pulley?
What about the A/C compressor? Can I remove the HUGE York and swap to the smaller 93 compressor and use the current hoses?
Thanks everyone!

I have no experience with the van motors, and I don't know if it is going to be a bolt on swap. You may want to poke around in the van forum for some more experience with this one...
