Those mirrors have been for sale for a LOOONG time. At that price might be there for a while. We kid around all the time about that seller that everything ends in 9. $79, $119, $239, etc.
Here's a fun example. Reproduction steering wheel listed for $269.

Or go to Dennis Carpenter and get the same wheel for $225.
Looking at their feedback and considering one page of feedback only goes back 2 days I'd say they do sell quite a bit of stuff. But, I have seen those mirrors listed for a long time now as is true with some of their other stuff. The steering wheel has been on there for months at least.
He has a pair of NOS 61 to 66 door handles for either 319 or 419 dollars. I would have gladly paid 100 or 125 for them. He lists them as rare, funny I just bought a set of "rare" NOS door handles with gaskets and screws for 79 dollars off of ebay. He also has a set of chrome door mirrors NOS, that he is out of his mind on. He may sell them someday but only after they quit reproducing them.

This type of non telescoping mirror was introduced in 1967. The ID number on the box is D6TB-17A721-FA which cross references to part number D3TZ-17696-J .. 1973/79 F100/500.
He has a lot of parts from the 50's and up. I am just saying it may be worth while to go to his other stuff for sale and check out the pages of parts they have. May well be that one one pice of trim or whatever ya been looking for. IDK.
