Anyone ever....

Anyone ever clean there coolant/washer fluid reservoir? The other day I tried pulling the top off of the reservoir and it just wouldn't budge anyone ever clean there's?

I took the lid off and cleaned mine a few months back. The lid needed
a lot of persuasion! Best I remember I used a screwdriver to help it along.
Once I got it started I came right off.

It's glued on. I did break the glue loose and get one off, but then it never really stayed after that, it was always loose just sitting on there.

I cleaned mine out when I replaced the washer pump . I used 3M weatherstrip adhesive to reattach the top . So far , so good ... Mine was loose to begin with , so came apart fairly easy .

I got mine nice and clean, but I didn't take the top off. Poured both half about a 1/4 full with white vinegar and shook it up really good, let sit awhile and repeat.
