That makes sense, I have messed with the needle, seat and float on many mikuni and kehien atv carbs so it helps me recognize operation of that carb area. I will try that last trick though. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't really choke plate related although I realize my choke is inoperative, I haven't needed it this spring at all and just wanna get the excessive fuel problem fixed now.
