Hey, so on one of my fun off road trips I managed to high center myself, being the idiot that I can be some times, the skid plate was taken off to straighten it from the last high center and put off due to work (I know....)
I managed to **** my transmission mount up which pivoted my t-case upwards and is putting a bad angle on my drive shaft, drivable but not good long term as it can't be not putting added wear on things.
Is the metal bar that crosses the frames that the transmission sits on universal? Ie. can I grab it from a 92 F-250 diesel 2wd that is down at my wrecker, or is my 4wd one different? I don't see a conflict, just double checking before I go rip it out after work in the rain today.
For the record the cross member is not universal between 2wd, and 4wd, however it is between gas an diesel, I lucked out on a 7.5 w/ e4od 4x4, last truck I took a look at.
I could not confirm or deny the auto/manual comparison as there were no manuals there.
