The only problem is I hate my French neighbors from Quebec, I got there today & they had their sat dish on my site, cus of the trees.......
So I went to the office & asked him to tell them to move it, they moved it.......

Yes we're right on lake Nipissing, I have 2 big sites, side by each, its a small trailer park called the ''Franklin'', run by Pakistanies now.......

....
this might be my last yr there at 1800 hunerd bucks a yr

Wow, that's about what my inlaws pay for their river front lot. Power included, fun place, father in law is best friends with the owner, hard to find any nice lots/sites that are cheaper....

Camping is getting nuts, we stay at provincial parks quite a few times per summer, almost cheaper to stay in a dang hotel room now......
