Well just kind of looking to see whats out there. The wind was really messing with us on Friday on the way camping and Beth (she gets car sick pretty easy) has always complained about that and how much she hates it and I told her a dually would fix most of that problem and she was like then find one! haha I am not for sure but thought I would look and see whats out there. Basically spend what I could get out of my truck or just a little more. Buy the truck and get it home and swap stuff over from mine especially the transmission and anything else I can. Then sell my truck. Would like to find a more southern truck if I could to get away from rust.

Got an email back from this guy 2001 Ford F350 and the truck actually only has 18,800 miles on it. He said he put 19k in the ad in case he drove it before it sold. haha Still extremely low miles either way dude. Waiting on more pics from him.

Another one......

Nice trucks Troy. Do they use salt in Ohio?

No chance in heck of getting a new truck for a long time here.

I am not sure but with only 19k miles it can't have to much rust. Unless he only drove it in the winter and I doubt that since it is 2wd.

I wouldn't be doing this either if I didn't think I could get the majority of it paid for by selling my truck and being able to swap parts over.

Yeah, but I would still have to front the money somehow and that just isn't possible. No need unless I can't figure out my truck. Steering still sucks with the trailer.

Aha! That would cause me too much anxiety during camping season. LOL

Yeah taking it to the camper place today to fix the awning really drove home the point that it is still fubared.

Kind of at a loss now as what to do.

Have you tried rotating the tires?

Troy, are you going to buy before you go out west?

If I did I would not be taking the new truck out there. I would just take my truck and then start swapping parts after I get back.

Worth a shot I guess Chris. It's like being on marbles...all the time. It is better without the camper.
