Engine swap info
I have a buddy who has a 95 F250 4x4 5.8L/ZF/4.10 with a cracked block. I have a 94 parts truck with a 4.9L.

Will the 4.9L bolt up in the place of the 5.8L? I have the computer and wiring for the 4.9L.

He's cheap!

It will bolt to the transmission, but the engine cradle is different IIRC.

I have the whole truck less the front sheet metal which I sold.

Odd that the engine/front x-member would be different.
