In order to raise the rear end of the f250 another 2 inches, should I get a 2" block and stack it on top of the stock 2" block, or remove the the stock block and put a 4" block?

single 4" block is safer (although I've never actually seen one spit out).
The price of a 2" vs a 4" is negligible.
