Hey guys, I'm a new 7.3 idi owner and just wanted to say hello. I have a 92 F250 with 212,000 miles that was given to me by my father in law since I wanted a diesel. Lucky me!
Welcome , everyone here is friendly and will help along the way. Got any pics?? We love pics. What options are on the truck? More details are always good.
The interior is in nice shape but needs a really bad detail and it has real wood grain trim that I am in the process of re- doing. I'll post up some pics of that project when done. I need to get it re- painted as well. Maybe some day a turbo. Trying to keep it pretty clean and stock.
Thanks d-day. I think I've done my homework but every little bit helps. I do plan on installing an electronic fuel pump and block heater. All injectors and lines have been replaced already. She starts and runs with no smoke at all. Water pump is new. Power steering is new as well as the gear box. I plan on replacing the coolant tomorrow. Oil change and both filters tomorrow.

if you have the coolant drained, might be a good time to put in a coolant filter, and/or replace the t-stat if it's really old.
