Door latch issues (severe)

Okay, I did an advanced Google search of this site and haven't found the thread I am looking for yet so hopefully someone here has had the same issue. I have replaced the door latch assys on all of my trucks 96-97 F150, 250. and 350. Here is the problem I am having. On the 350 CC all of the door latches/handles work almost flawlessly BUT if you lock the truck there is some rather severe binding going on and the door cannot be opened from the inside or outside. I used only OEM parts and took pics/vid to make sure I had all of the rods back as they were before removal. Same issue with the 250 Ext cab.

As for the 150 I am having the same problem but with junk aftermarket parts.

What could be up with the binding? In order to get the doors to open again I have to partially open the door panel and stick my arm in to YANK on a rod to get it to open. Is there a chance that the Power door lock actuator rods were bent when I performed my removal? I am at a dead end please help!

Also, I will be replacing the junk chinese parts with salvage OEM parts on the 150.

Thanks in advance
New Guy, MILLS
