Missing Oil Slinger

I am building my first 300 from a pile of parts (basket case). I did not get a crankshaft oil slinger with it. It is a 1977 engine. I also have a junk 1994 engine. I went to all the trouble of pulling the cam cover off of it, only to find it did not have one either. My 1977 Ford service manual shows one. I am running Cloyes steel/aluminum timing set. Where can i get one?

I don't remember the 300 I bought for a core having one.

The two 300's that I stripped down (72' & 85') did not have one.

Thanks, Stout36. That's what i want to know. My '77 and '94 didn't have them. Maybe they quit using them.
