starting issue
Hello everyone. my 1994 f350 7.3idi turbo has been hard starting and emitting lots of smoke (I think unburnt fuel as it has a strong diesel smell) I looked through the first section on glow plug relay / glow plug problems. I replaced the whole module in Aug 2013 and installed autolite glow plugs( used auto lite from napa before I saw the don't use auto lite style on thread ) now the light stays on for about 10 sec then starts clicking. I also noticed that the push on connectors are not in the best of shape. I cant find a new harness so I want to make my own. can I use a thicker gauged wire for the harness?
