Wiper Problem
I have a 97 f-150 xl supercab and very often the wipers will just come on full speed and i have to turn the wipers on and then off. And i know there off. They even turned on once and started washing the window and wouldnt turn off till i turned them off them on. I was just woundering if anyone else has had problems or know how i can fix it.

Wiper Problem
Pop the cap off the end of the blinker stalk, disassemble the wiper switch, and clean it. If it's beyond repair, or you just don't feel like it, I think parts stores sell them fairly cheap. For '92-96, they can be had as low as $17. If that's not the problem, it's the Wiper Control Module which is inside the dash somewhere. On '92-96, it's attached to the passenger-side dash register beside the glove box.
