6.0 injectors

I put in new injectors on my 03 f250 turbo and nowbtge truck will crank but will not stay running wat would cause this

It can take a lot to purge the air. Usually about 3 good 20 seconds cranks to fire and once fired a couple WOT runs to purge the remaining air.

If it had fired and won't stay running you may need to scan for codes.
