Oil Cooler, STC, Turbo Clean

Got an '06 with 187K, getting ready to break down in shop. I have already Flushed and ELC, Blue Spring, Oil Change. I need to replace oil cooler cause delta is as much as 26 degrees. While I was there I'm going to clean turbo, do STC fitting, already have egr delete and Coolant Filter. Head Gaskets were replaced before I bought it but they used factory TTY. Not interested in doing studs right now. What else should I do? Standpipe, turbo boots, turbo drain tube, banjo bolts, dummy plugs, not sure what needs to be done while I'm there. I know this stuff has been covered but there are different parts I've read about needing to be replaced but they are related to the year of the truck and not sure where I stand with '06.

Thanks in advance

If you're doing a teardown minus studs, I'd also re-ring all the injectors in addition to what you're already doing.

-STC fitting
-Dummy Plugs
-Standpipes
-Turbo Feed and drain tubes (yours being an '06 you may already have it)
-The 6.4 banjo bolts are a toss up, but if you feel like doing them, it's up to you.
-Clean the turbo, upgrade to a billet wheel if you're so moved.

Any kind of write up on re-ring injectors have not heard of this. Also little confused about doing 6.4 Banjo on a 6.0 could you explain. As far as billet wheel I have not heard about this either I have read about Wicked Wheel but don't think it will help me; seems to be more suited to tuned trucks and guys wanting high end power. This is a farm truck will probably not get more than 10K a year in mileage.

People sometimes replace the stock 6.0 banjo bolts with the 6.4 banjo bolts as it's believed they allow better flow for fuel. I didn't see the need for it as the 6.0 and 6.4 fuel systems are two completely different things.

The Alliant kit comes with instructions and even then, you can look at the injector and see what goes where.

These should help:
