Have a 04' F250 with 6.0 this thing has been grief stricken from go. Have fixed numerous problems. This thing sat for bout a year with Bio diesel in tank. I dropped tank cleaned tank out thoroughly. I have changed filters twice in 2000 miles. The first time they were red and sticky. I ran farm fuel after cleaning tank...... No Issues........ Till I filled it the second time with 10% bio blend. I didn't go 10 miles and started sputtering and had no power. Actually dies on occasion, idles very rough. What's crazy is that it comes and goes. I put a cetane boost in good for 100 gal. If anyone has any idea WTF is wrong with this beast or has had this issue, I would GREATLY APPRECIATE your input.
Have replaced 4 injectors, and rear HP oil pressure tubes, replaced front HP plugs in front. There is no doubt 100 % this is fuel related. Just can't figure out why its so picky. Have had it on computer.... No codes !

Fuel Injector Control Module voltage. There is a good tutorial in the tech folder on the FICM, it's functions, and how to check the voltage. If the FICM isn't functioning properly it can give appearance of faulty injectors and make your truck run like A$$.
