Hello all, I am new to this forum and I have been searching for almost 2 weeks trying to find some answers to the issues I am having. I own a 2003 Lincoln Navigator the truck runs and drives excellent but 2 weeks ago the door locks, key fobs, power tail gate, running boards and third row seats all stopped working, radio stays on as well as the dome lights and the advance track light is on. It was all of a sudden. I searched all over the place ,found some suggestions to where to start looking and removed the GEM, the VSS, the entire fuse panel, the main harness plug (pass side kick). I made sure all my fuses, relays and connections were good. I checked the splice point (purple wires) on driver’s side. Everything I checked so far is clean, dry, no sign of ever having water damage or anything. I am kind of at a dead end. The door locks are stuck in the locked position (can’t even get into the hatch). The truck has 160k on her and is in amazing shape. I have a snap on solus scanner and I am not showing any codes. The strange thing is the driver information center in the dash doesn’t even show door locks, running boards, headlight timer or anything other than mileage and language. It is all factory. Factory alarm, stereo etc. I’ve put a lot of money in this truck in the past year and a half. I don’t want to pay ford to do the same thing I am able to do. I am a certified mechanic working at dealers since I was 20 (almost 15 years now) I just don’t know what else to check out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
