I usually run Rotella 15/40 in my trucks, however I have come across a sale on Delo 15/40 at a fair price.

Is anyone running Delo brand motor oil or anyone know of a reason not to run Delo in the 6.7 PSD?

 

That's all I run in my trucks. My 6.7 only has 11000 miles on it but I have used it in my 6.0 since the first oil change. Just turned 214000 this week on it with all 8 original injectors. I attribute that to kepping it stock, running it hard, and frequent oil changes.

 

Delo is good stuff, I just put in my truck about 1k miles ago when did my springtime oil change. Had the Rotella 10w-30 T5 in it before...Costco had a deal on the 15w-40 Delo so I bought 3 cases of it. I've used Chevron oils for years in other vehs and have had great luck with them. Unfortunately I can't run 15w-40 year round here in CO so I plan on the Rotella T5 in the winter & Delo in the summer....
