Brake help

Hi guys
So i finally got my truck out of the garage and now everything is going good except one big thing. The brakes are no good. Seeing as i don't know much about brakes i figured I'd see if anyone has suggestions. I have a 1991 F-250 with a 5.8 and RABS. The only brake work i have done was i bled them a few weeks ago. Before they were soft with a squishy pedal. I made sure the reservoir never got to low and didn't push the pedal down to far. But now i have decently firm pedal and no stopping power. I can hold the pedal half way down and put it in reverse and it still moves. The pedal doesn't slowly fall nor can you pump them back up. I was thinking at first maybe the master cylinder. Could this be a symptom of air in the RABS module and if so is 1991 after they made them to were you had to use the code to activate it for bleeding? I haven't pulled the wheels for leak check/pad inspection but my fluid level is the same and there's no visible leaks. Thanks in advance

The first step you should take, since it sounds like you successfully bled the brakes, is to check the pads/rotors and drums/shoes. Since you have a firm pedal, my guess would be that the rear drum brakes are either worn or out of adjustment.
