tire clearance

I have a 2003 F 250 super duty reg cab 4wd 5.4 gas 6 speed stick with snow plow package option/higher arch springs from factory .Its stock and sits high like the early 99's. I was thinking of putting 38 / 15.50 SSR's swampers on it .Has any one on here got them to clear with only 3 body lift and bush w. cutout fender flares ,No suspension lift? trying to keep the C O G down .Currently have 255/80/17(33.3 inch) km2 bf good's with approx. 3 inch clearance when turning. also would ad 4.88 gears, ox in the front, arb rear.
thanks M K

No, too wide for the leaf spring clearance even if you used the 13" width at that height. Charts call for 8" lift.
The unit bearings would not last long either.
